Overall great experience
I had to get my windshield replaced, and after the work they weren’t able to recalibrate my safety features, and upon me asking to talk with my insurance to make sure all party’s were aware of the un-completed work because I had to pay a deductible, they said just wait to deal with it if it comes up. I also noticed paint chipped after the replacement, after confronting them they denied all damage and said it was unlikely they caused it, and also they wouldn’t have damaged those areas. Went in to get a chip repaired on my windshield, no appt needed. Fast, friendly service. They are very professional, and they work with your insurance company. I was very pleased with the timely manner of which my repair was done in(15mins). Would highly recommend them for any of your auto glass repair needs. Keep up the great work!
I would give zero stars if I could as they no showed the first appointment. Spoke to owner several times as was poor following up with me. Set second appointment and no showed again. A lot of wasted time and run around.
