They did a great job they put the window in really fast looks great and they're extra nice to my dog
Hopefully this will save someone else the hassle, time, and money. The companies failure to inform the customer the likelihood of a mismatched pane, became our problem. The pane on the left was replaced by Precision and we noticed it has a blue haze as opposed to the right side window (our original window). When I called and let them know the windows don't match, they then told me I needed "the exact SERIAL number" and manufacturer name to the window on the right. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I first called these people on Oct 28th after my spring broke on my door. The lady I talked to said 2 weeks and we'll call you when the schedule becomes available. They never called. I called them on Nov 18th to check on the status, the guy looked up my info and said a technician must have my service card and they would be calling me. No one ever called. I call them today to check on the situation and the lady says, I see you made an appointment on the 18th, it's going to be 2 weeks but we will tr... read more
