HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I first called these people on Oct 28th after my spring broke on my door. The lady I talked to said 2 weeks and we'll call you when the schedule becomes available. They never called. I called them on Nov 18th to check on the status, the guy looked up my info and said a technician must have my service card and they would be calling me. No one ever called. I call them today to check on the situation and the lady says, I see you made an appointment on the 18th, it's going to be 2 weeks but we will tr... read more

Everyone at precision is very courteous and professional. I would recommend to anyone that wants the job done right. There may be a waiting list but it’s worth it! Thanks Mansa!
I ordered garage doors 5 months ago. Can’t even get my salesman to call me to tell me where my doors are and what’s going on with them! Very very poor customer service.
