Ryan at the front desk has great customer service!
First ever review and for a good reason. They pointed out many problems on my car that the last shop had not. Customer service was great throughout the whole process and kept me updated. The car is now running like brand new thank you!
Heard about PGG through the tight knit BMW community here in the INW. There are a handful of shops and mechanics that refer to other shops like PGG when they feel the work they do is not in their wheelhouse. Everyone helps each other out.
