I took my 2023 BMW X5 to Precision German for the first time this week to get an oil change and flush the brake fluid. The price was fair and exactly what was quoted me. The work was completed when I expected it would. They even answered questions I had about the car. It’s nice to have a quality mechanic located so close to The Villages who works on German cars.
went in for a simple service and ECU tune up. Quoted me at 750 for the cheapest brake pad replacement. my brake pads are 90 for the front and 70 for the back. in no workd does a one hour job call for a almost 600 dollar charge for labor nor do they, or quite frankly anyone do a good enough job for 600 dollars of labor for one of the easiest things to replace on any type of vehicle. highly do NOT recommend this place and would rather take the risk breaking all of my knuckles underneath my car then pay for this subpar service.
Very good mechanic with lots of experience on BMWs and Mercedes
Precision German Auto Care did a great job repairing my 2018 Mini today. Dimitri ia a very knowledgeable mechanic and always does the work on time and explains what was completed. He does not up-sell me on anything and is very honest and friendly. Nicole, the office manager is so polite and explains everything that will be done and what was completed on my car. As we are new in the area, searched for a place to Recharge the ac unit and chose this place between all! They gave us a very good apt and they did it very fast !Nicolle was very friendly person Happy with the service and definitely will try their other services in a future 🙂
