Top quality product, but the website is a bit misleading. Make sure you get a price on both the roller and bracket. They are priced seperately. Regardless of my inital unfortunate experience Duane made things right and got me what i needed. I would recommend these rollers before buying the cheap ones. These are better quality and will last long.
Top quality product, but the website and sales guy are a bit misleading. I bought FS-3500 HD based on the picture on the website for $95 USD each. Paid canadian exchange rate, shipping fees, import fees for a total of $688 CAD. What I received was the rollers only, no mounting bracket. Now ive got $680 worth of useless rollers without a mounting bracket. Happy to change my review rating to 5 star if the mounting brackets are sent to me please.
