Big shout out to Precision Gas and Water and Luke Reeves. Just installed out new solid fuel heater. Great bloke, pleasant to deal with and dedicated to delivering a quality service. Would definitely get him back for maintenance and would highly recommend his services.
Our central heating packed it in at 2am on Saturday morning, after troubleshooting it ourselves for most of Saturday morning, my husband and I relented and decided the issue couldn’t be resolved without some expert assistance…. We had an issue with our relatively new Jet Master Heat & Glo gas fireplace so gave Luke a call for advice late one Friday afternoon. We couldn't resolve the issue over the phone but an hour later he rings to say he's passing by on his way to another job so decided to call by. Had the issue resolved for us very quickly. He went the 'extra mile' for us, and we do appreciate his service and commitment.
I was recommended Luke by the place I purchased my fireplace from. His quote for installation of a gas fireplace together with my builder was so exaggerated he couldn’t even give me a ballpark figure on the spot (despite the salesperson at the fireplace showroom giving us a price that was usually to be anticipated for such a gas fireplace). Massive rip off and should come with a warning sign so as not to waste peoples time.
Luke was fantastic. Installed a wood fire at my home. Amazing customer service and went above and beyond expectations. Helpful advice. Great workmanship. Great product knowledge. I would strongly recommend Precision Gas and Water!!
