I called them this morning and they scheduled us the same day. He was very prompt and completed the work in a couple of hours. He was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.
Precision replaced both my garage doors two years ago. I called them once about issues with it closing and not being installed properly. They came out and sprayed lithium grease in the wheels and said the doors were fine even though I clearly showed them it's installed wrong. The door finally gave out and I had a different company come fix it. They were astonished the garage door was installed the way it was. Doors didn't even last 2 years after getting new ones. Buyer beware.
