I received a text message asking if I wanted to have an inspection for a really great price. I jumped at it and to my shock, they had a technician come right out, same day. The tech was a pro. He was knowledgeable, professional, and so courteous. We were given several options for maintaining our garage door. We are impressed.
The tech came as scheduled, Bruce the tech came and diagnosed the issue with my garage door, got it fixed and explained the issue to me and was done in a timely manner, definitely will use again.
They were helpful, honest, and fairly priced! We will continue to use them for our garage repairs or replacement! We even got a next day appt!
Bruce called to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he immediately began assessing the situation and then provided me with three options for suggested fixes. I gave Bruce my decision and he started the corrective actions. When he completed the repairs he demonstrated that everything was working correctly. Bruce was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
