We were having issues with our garage door opener on a holiday weekend and Brian (the service person) called and was actually an hour early before the online scheduled appt on a Sun! Anyway, he was VERY professional and informative on the unit we originally purchased so we ended up purchasing the unit he had to offer plus he had the old one removed and the new one put up and running within an hour!!!!
