My garage door opener broke and instead of just selling me a new one the service technician took the time and showed me why it broke. He pointed out things that I haven't noticed myself that would have had me spending extra money more sooner than later on an old outdated door. He gave me options to repair it but it just wasn't worth wasting money on. He gave me 10 different options. So far I'm satisfied with the option we choose. To bad mine is a custom door and it had to be ordered.
Woke up to a non-opening garage which is always lovely. Hopped onto Thumbtack and came across Precision Garage and was able to make a same day appointment. Blake came by, said that the motor was done for, listened to all my random issues and he got me a new motor and fixed up in no time.
The tech Bruce was great. He explained all the work that was done. Gave a few different options on the repairs. The garage door sounds and operates great.
