We had a noise at the end of the upward travel. The technician made some minor adjustments and the noise was eliminated. Precision Door Installed all 4 of my doors and I have very impressed with the installation and the service I have received when it was needed. I would highyl recommend them if you are in the market for new doors or just need service. Great Experience!!
Used in the past before covid and were very reasonable prices now prices are insane ! My fault for not doing research before the repair but needed the door fixed in a hurry. $95 diagnostic fee when I already knew what was wrong with the garage door just the cables were broken tech talked me into replacing the torsion springs . I got my call back and appointment booked in less than 30 min! My technician, Miller Henderson, gave it to me straight about what needed to be done to fix our garage door. Due to the weather and a new door replacement timeline, new parts with a 5yr warranty was ideal. He was super nice and even helped me program the door, which builder glossed over. I think the ONLY down side is that the military discount is just 5%. Other than that, I will without a doubt, recommend these guys.
