It all started when I noticed one of the cables starting to fray. I called Precision and a couple of hours later tech was at the door. Within 45 minutes he had replaced cables, rollers, degreased and relubricated the trolley shaft of the garage door opener and inspected the springs. Very Happy with the service. Conner thanks for a great job!
The installer was on time and did a very good job installing the door. He was polite and addressed the information needed concerning the new door. I am very pleased.
Broke my foundation to allow rodents into the garage. I called them to attempt to correct the issue. Th so called manager said they would come and fix it but just ghosted. They got paid and considered it good enough. I called them because I thought they were a local business. Apparently not@@
