Spring split on our rental property. I made an appointment on precision garage door service website. There were tons date and time options. My appointment was for the next day. Website is great. It allows you to describe your issue and submit pics(if you choose). The morning of the appointment i recieved 2 emails and a text with a pic of my technician and there ETA. These guys are great. Mitchell was able to fix our door the same day that I called. He was prompt (actually early ) and did a great job. He had all the parts with him that was needed to complete the job so there were no delays in finishing the repairs. He was friendly and very polite. GREAT company to work with.
