Camden from Precision Garage Door Service, was outstanding he was early and willing to wait the few minutes for me to get home. He was neet in his appearance and polite. He had a great knowledge of the product and the best way to repair them. I was happy to have chosen Precision Garage Door Service Services.
Did not care for the customer service. Service tech showed up gave an estimate for almost double what the expected cost was. Had another service show up same day and gave an appropriate estimate and when I advised him the other guy quoted almost double he immediately knew it was Precision. Had to pay Precision 95 dollars to advise me the garage door was not working while the other company offered a free estimate. Would not recommend.
Brandon was extremely polite and professional. Great attitude and work ethic.
