Shane was excellent - he was informative, kind and attentive . We would highly recommend him to service their home . On another note, your call center is a disaster and they were not truthful 3 x when I called to speak with a supervisor . I would recommend you look for an alternative company for your after hours communication with customers.
Service provided promptly and Bryan the technician was wonderful.
Very knowledgeable and completed work quickly. The only issue I have is the cost. I did not research other companies and went right with this one based on their star rating and his knowledge. After the work was completed I talked to several other local companies and neighbors who had same work done and found they were significantly higher. Wish I had done more research before choosing this company.
