Arrived on time, took care of everything I needed.
Jesse Jones was phenomenal! Arrived on time proceeded by an ETA call. Very professional. Great knowledge, presentation and attitude! Provided 3 options to repair my garage door. Amazingly quick to rehang my double door and replace the moving parts in less than 3 hours! Wow!
Service technician was great, the work completed was professional and he was very informative of the product operation, three star rating was because I had to call the office six times to get a appointment scheduled for work to be completed after already having a estimate, besides the lack of communication the work was outstanding, I had both a conventional and a direct drive motors installed and I’m happy with both.
One keypad installed in 2023 to operate 2 new doors 30 ft. apart. Replaced as defective in 2024. Defective in 2025 failing to operate either door. Requested separate keypad for each door as expected in 2023. The charge for the 2 keypads under circumstances where initial keypad failed 2 years in a row was excessive and has been protested. No response yet.
Very pleased! The technician, who arrived at the appointed time, was very knowledgeable and personable. He provided me with options for repairs/replacement of parts. The work was completed in a very timely fashion.
