My attempt to program a new code in my keypad ended up with all the codes being deleted and the garage door not opening or closing. I called Precision and within hours they sent a technician that reprogrammed all the remotes and activated the wifi feature. Shane was very efficient, Knowledgeable and pleasant and made the experience so worthwhile. I would recommend Precision Garage Door for all your garage door needs!
Had an issue my garage door that my builder put in due to cheap materials. Called precision at 10pm, they had Brian come out at 8:30am the next day. He replaced the spools with better quality parts and pointed out the same issue on another door. Both doors work better than before they broke. Will most likely replace my garage doors in the future and when I do I’ll use precision. Quality company and Brian was fantastic and good people as well
The service rep was very kind and respectful. He told me the options and did an excellent job repairing my garage door. Wished I had called sooner!
