We had a broken spring for some time on our garage door. One Precision’s techs came out, I believe his name was Aiden, but I don’t see him on the website. He assessed the situation, explained everything that needed done, fixed it immediately, thoroughly explained what he was doing and what he did after finishing. He went over all the pricing on each part, and worked with us to stay in our budget. Very pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommend .

Precision is the best garage door company in Columbus. Everything on today’s service was covered by warranty because I upgraded to premium springs when I had a major service in 21. Tim Tomlinson Jr. the tech whonvisited the house today was great. I recommend precision to anyone who needs garage door work!
