My technician was Jon Consiglio and he was great . He was very friendly and accommodating to my physical limitations. He was also very patient in explaining what needed to be done, gave me no pressure on my options and got the work done quickly. I highly recommend!
Conner was very polite and fixed my garage door remotes quickly. He explained what the problem was and what the cost would be before he started the repair. Very professional and I would recommend him and Precision Garage Door of West Michigan to anyone who needs a garage door repair.
Jon was very patient and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining what he was doing and what he found with our existing system. Overall was well priced and very fair with the service call and what our options were going forward. I will be calling them back when we have additional issues.
