Scheduled an online appt this morning after 7am. Requested same day, 8am - 10am slot. 20 minutes later I get a text from Chuck that he is on his way. Chuck arrived at 8am. Replaced both torsion springs and rollers. Done by 10am. Chuck was excellent, kept me informed on work progress and was very thorough. Excellent repair from the start to the end. Highly recommended

Do not believe they work on all brands of garage doors. I was told they were not allowed to work on my type. I was told they spring broke but it was actually the safety cable. I called another company to get it fixed.

Felt like repair guy was scamming us. I refused any service after just a few minutes talking to him. I called several repair companies because a spring had broken and Precision was the first available that day. After a cursory inspection I was told I needed a new door. What? Then it was all the wheels were broken and had to be replaced. We were at 1500$ by now. I said I just wanted the spring replaced.
