My garage door opener stopped working over the holidays, so I browsed for places that might be open to fix it soon. My call to Precision was answered promptly the night before NYEve, and she said she'd have someone there the next day. I got a text showing me who to expect. Daniel Mendoza was on time and courteous, and immediately found the main problem. I called Precision on 12/24/25 was able to get an appt scheduled today. Daniel Mendoza arrived shortly after. He reviewed the garage door to let me know what need to be done and gave me an estimate. He fixed the rollers, replaced hinges, leveled the door, fixed the spring, oiled the door etc. He was awesome, very nice and friendly. He explained things throughly.
