Our technician's name was Chad. He did a great job. We needed a whole new garage door motor. He installed a whole new garage door button and a keypad outside. He had it done very quickly and gave us lots of useful information. Highly recommend Chad, he was great!
Had a great experience from Tim Vuren. Extremely quick to get here and very knowledgeable and professional. Called in for a broken spring, but have had other issues that have been ongoing and needed to get fixed. He was able to quickly identify everything else that needed to be replaced and explained everything he was going to do and showed me all the parts that needed to be replaced. Gave options to just replace the spring or if I wanted he could fix everything and listed each in order of priority. Decided to get it all fix... read more
