The technician was excellent in determining what the problem was and provided many alternative solutions. The service call was quick and easy and done in a timely fashion.

Precision sent a tech out the same day I called for service. Chad called to let me know he was on the way and would be at my house in 20 minutes. He was right on time. He listened to my issues, and fixed them. Then he checked everything to make sure nothing else needed his attention. He was friendly and thorough. I couldn’t be more pleased.
Chad with Precision Garage Doors was amazing! He came out right away, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand. He even showed us how to maintain our garage door ourselves so we can save money in the future. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable who also genuinely cares about helping their customers.
