Excellent service.
After having a new opener and entire new rack system installed this past January, the last thing I expected was for everything to go bad in just a little over 6 months. Thankfully, a bolt had just fallen out and Matt was able to remedy it quickly. He pinpointed the issue and had it done in less than 30 minutes. He was super professional, friendly, and personable… the best part is that everything was covered under the warranty so I didn’t have to pay for anything.

Needed a new remote system and some fine tuning and maintenance on my garage door. I have dealt with Precision before and was pleased with their service. Today Matt walked me through what we needed to do and everything has been taken care of. Matt was very professional and personable as I enjoyed our brief talk while he installed my new equipment. Always like speaking to someone who knows what he is doing and in a previous life served our Country in the Navy! Thanks Matt!
