The work was done quickly and efficiently, repairs done within an hour. I think it was expensive ( reason for the 4 star) but I needed the broken springs replaced asap, the garage door would not open manually regardless what the instructions said to do. The technician Jorge was very well mannered and professional.
Eric Bartow presented as competent and professional. Promptly diagnosed the door issues and optional repair levels. I would give Precision and Eric a 5 star rating.
