Matt is always punctual, courteous and professional.
The technician (Mohamed) came out to give me an estimate right away and explained what was going wrong with my garage door. The estimate was very reasonable and lower than two other companies. The problem was with scheduling the installation. Although the office took my messages and texts, the door department took more than a week to call me back. The installer (Alex) was friendly and did a great job. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and excited about the new door.
Jacob came and evaluated my garage door issue I no time! I went with the replacement motor and the whole works. He was done in a breeze and now I have the peace of mind that everything works!!! Five stars!
