Adam did a great job! Very knowledgeable and took the time to help me set up the app on my phone and the outdoor receiver.
Adam was here within the hour I called Precision. He gave me an estimate before he started the work. The door works great now. I would definitely call them again .
So last Wednesday if heard a weird noice. It was the spring! Great another expense thst will take weeks to get done. I called on Friday and Muhammad showed up the next day early in the morning. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable, respectful and easy to work with. I was thinking in upgrading the motor and he gave me the options in a easy way to see what I can afford and what can be done thr next day. Overall I am very happy by how friendly, urgent, flexible, knowledgeable the technician was. Very happy with my service.
