My garage door opener was dying, barely able to lift the door. I called Precision at 12:30pm and two technicians arrived at 2:00. They replaced the springs and installed the new opener efficiently. Nick explained everything about its operation and warranty. They were very professional.
Nick was my technician. Very timely kind of dude who worked fast and efficiently. Friendly, held a convo while working and got the repair done in under an hour. Informed me of the outdated door, possible future damage that could occur as a result of outdated door, and gave me a free quote on a new garage door system.
