Rydge at Precision Garage was so helpful! I made the appointment and he was there within an hour to fix our broken garage door. Great communication and explained everything to us and gave us options of what was recommended now and also down the road! He was very professional and polite. Precision Garage Door is superior in all areas .. knowledge, detail, communication and most importantly the calmness that both the service tech and the installation tech had. They realize how big of a purchase this is and take lots of time to answer all questions and make very reasonable suggestions
This place was FANTASTIC! I would not hesitate to hire them again!
Called them and they came out within an hour. Had them look at the door because it had issues. Cleaned it up and then I asked about updating my 30 yo opener. Got everything done within two hours and has been working properly. My only issue is that I was not told the new opener app needed a subscription service to use a lot of the features in the app. Kind of a bummer. However, you don’t NEED the app to use the opener otherwise. But it’s been a good experience otherwise.
