Brent did an excellent job training our girls soccer team. The exercises were tailored to their level, development and progressed thought the sessions. The sessions were dynamic, fun and engaging. They challenged each girl individually as well as promoted team work. He was able to show a group of young girls that exercise can be enjoyable and beneficial to their athletic and personal development.

This has been an amazing training experience. Gino is friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is geared for me. The other trainers are also always friendly. It clean, tidy, and a welcoming environment, even for a novice.
