Joining Precision Fitness within the last year has been the best decision I have made for myself. Jon is amazing at individualizing workouts specific to the goals I am wanting to achieve. My children are also apart of the kids Athletic Club at Precision and it’s something they look forward to every single week. I would highly recommend Jon and Sarah at Precision, no matter what age or what your workout goals may be, they will tailor it to you.
I’ve never been in better shape because of Jon. Lost 2” on the waist, gained muscle everywhere, and actually sort of have a posterior now! He’s very good with training, and I would recommend him to anyone.
