Dropped in here for a couple of days when I was visiting my daughter. Great place to workout. Robin and Shalom (the trainers) were very nice and exceedingly helpful. The members of this gym were also friendly and welcoming. Equipment was top notch and the gym was very clean. I would definitely recommend joining this gym if you live in the area. It will definitely be my go to place when I come up to visit.
The trainers are awesome and the class schedules work well in my weekly work plans to get to classes. Each class keeps me engaged so I feel like I am getting a good workout and want to keep coming.
Excited to call this home! Clean facility, friendly staff and professional trainers.
The staff is amazing and the workouts are well rounded and focus on overall body function. Working out at PFL has been a great experience and has put me in a position where I can be active and enjoy life without pain.
