We hired Precision-Bath through the Home Depot. The sales team and Paula were professional and kept us well informed of what to expect with the quality, delivery (four months after order), and installation. The price seemed really high but I believe you get what you pay for so I was "ok" with the price...plus the Biden economy. While we were waiting for install other professionals warned us that the Home Depot installers were usually the highest price and least professional. The owner is totally unprofessional. We needed a new subfloor in the first bathroom which they repaired with a 3’x5’ piece of plywood to which he charged me $500! We had some structural issues in our master bathroom which I agreed to repair at my expense. I had a master carpenter friend with me to make sure I wasn’t getting ripped off again. The owner became both belligerent and antagonistic to both me and my friend. In addition, he argued with my wife, again unprofessionally, after later admitting he was wrong. Buyer beware... read more
They kept postponing my appointment, so I cancelled. They didn't follow up. Wouldn't recommend them
