To be 100% transparent i can't rate them on service as they didn't even give me the opportunity to work with them. Have a friend who spoke highly of them, the woman who i spoke to on the phone seemed professional and friendly. I called on a Friday and was told it would be Monday before i heard back. That was fine.....sadly it's now been 2 Monday's and it's not looking like my needs were important enough to deserve that call back. I just wanted a quote to switch this part of my fence Into 2 separate swing in gates with both gate being 7ft wide.. I get times are tough and I understand when someone has gone through surgery. But to tell me that they ain't gonna touch what I asked or give me a quote.. the guy that I spoke with that came out to my mom's house said they're at least a month out and then tells me this over the phone... just blows my mind..To top it off was told on the phone a bit ago that my fence was 7ft tall.. I didn't use Precision Fence. I didn't do any business with them. I have no frame of reference to establish an opinion of them. I contacted many fencing companies for an emergent repair. Time was of the essence. Precision Fence was unable to accomidate my needs. I used Rabitoy Fence. Not sure why I was asked how their service was?

Great Company. Professional, friendly, responsive and well done projects. Also used by neighbors who are equally satisfied Our entire street values their work, attitude. Will use again.
