I cannot say enough great things about precision and the staff. I have never found an office that listens understands and does not judge. I also have not found anybody who has precisely diagnosed not just me but my whole family. Brad Radford is amazing his office staff is equally as amazing. Thank you for being wonderful medical professionals. My family is better because of you.
Since moving to Idaho Falls a little over 2 years ago Brad has helped me improve my quality of life greatly. I've had a vast amount of medical issues due to my paraplegia and he has managed my care to find me the best people for the things he's unable to do himself. I appreciate him greatly, and his staff as well.

Brad takes the time to actually talk with you, explain things, and make sure you feel heard and understood. No rushing, no brushing you off — just genuine care.
