Since moving to Idaho Falls a little over 2 years ago Brad has helped me improve my quality of life greatly. I've had a vast amount of medical issues due to my paraplegia and he has managed my care to find me the best people for the things he's unable to do himself. I appreciate him greatly, and his staff as well.

Brad takes the time to actually talk with you, explain things, and make sure you feel heard and understood. No rushing, no brushing you off — just genuine care. Brad Radford. Decided to call me a junky at my last appointment, super unprofessional and now am going else where due to HIPPA Violations he has caused with me and my Ex Fiance. He wouldn't have known from me that I was having a difficult time mentally with certain medications.
