I was diagnosed with shingles just before Christmas 2017 and was referred to Dr. Steinberg by my primary care physician. I had been seeing him every two weeks for almost the last 5 months. He had me on several different types of prescription eye drops and ointments. Only after my last appointment with Dr. Steinberg 10 days ago, did he mention possibly going longer between visits. The doctor literally fell asleep in the exam then refused to give us a new appointment when he was well rested. Who falls asleep in front of the patient...smh so unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or insurance going there. Sounds like the staff is just as bad. Too bad they are the only doctors to take mvp locally. Will pay out of pocket to see a real doctor. Wish we would have read the reviews on the net first. I hope the rest of the group is not as bad.
