The appointment for my senior mom was great- until she was charged 45$ for MRX— printing her glass Rx. I called to confirm that it was legal -and that the Federal glass law hasn’t changed. … whoever I talk to kept saying, he didn’t understand my question they charge for refractions. That’s a separate charge- copay for refraction exam already paid too. ... he hung up and said that I was being hostile- I just wanted to confirm it’s legal to charge $45 to print out a prescription for glasses or contacts!
