Received the glasses with a new prescription and the frames I chose. Wearing them at work I found the were slipping down my nose. Put some ear grippers on them and found it uncomfortable. Called the shop. Whenever I speak to the guys at Precision Eyeware they are top notch polite professionals. I was told to come in and explore options. Both Mike and Dr. Yannelli were professional, knowledgeable and very nice. As a senior I had some anxiety about age-related eye problems I may have now or in the future. I was given an extremely thorough examination and all my questions and concerns addressed, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
This place is great. Super accommodating and Andrew is always wonderful to deal with.
