I've never had a more incredible experience at an optometrist than I did with Precision Eye Care in West Chester. From the moment I walked in, the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Dr. Z went above and beyond to make me feel cared for, showing genuine compassion and respect throughout the entire visit. I can’t recommend Dr. Z and the team at Precision Eye Care highly enough!
Everyone in the office is very nice and knowledgeable. I overheard someone in the waiting room before my appointment saying that Dr. Zeitlin is the best eye doctor she had ever seen, and I agree. It's nice they have a machine to look at your retina so that you don't have to get your eyes dilated.
Really nice staff. They were more than helpful and not pushy whatsoever. Their store is clean and their equipment is state of the art. I would highly recommend them.
I absolutely loved going to see Dr Zeitlin! She was so thorough and diagnosed me with issues that my other eye doctor had missed… She was knowledgeable, helpful, and very personable! The office staff was amazing as well. Super friendly, took their time, and very helpful with choosing frames. Highly recommend! I’m so glad I took the chance and switched :)
