** edited 9/12/2025: I have tried to get established elsewhere but the new clinic told me Precision Eye Care got an authorization already on my insurance so I have to call and talk to Lisa again. Lisa told me:"YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL VSP YOURSELF". Both VSP insurance agent and my new clinic confirmed it's not professional to place a hold on someone's insurance when you canceled their appointment amd make them call around to fix it themselves. People please beware of their lack of courtesy here! No one reached out to apologize ... read more
Top notch customer service. They were able to fix my glasses in a couple of hours. The system was down when I went to pick them up so they did not charge me for the minor repair. I would highly recommend this store for all of your eyecare needs !!!
