Alexander is a pleasure to work with. He spent time with me to ensure that I chose the proper glasses and the best color and fashion option. My glasses did not work for me, they keep say give them some time. A month later I still couldn’t see out clearly with my new glasses. I went to a new doctor, the glasses they gave me worked.
I love Judy Chan as a Doctor. She is the BEST. Opticians are also WONDERFUL. I really appreciate them. Have been a patient since they were located in the mall and Judy took over the practice. Often refer others to them. I don't want to leave them but have considered doing so because of how I have been treated when I call. I do not like calling anymore. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chan and her team! After years of being put through the wringer with bandaid solutions from other eye care providers, finding this office has been an absolute godsend. Dr. Chan truly takes the time to listen, explain, and find real solutions instead of quick fixes. The staff is kind, professional, and makes every visit easy and comfortable. For the first time in a long time, I feel like my eye health is in the best hands possible. I’m so grateful I found them!
