We have a monthly membership here and it is worth it to get one. They are always fully stocked at each station with towels and spray. The place is very clean and nice. Friendly staff too.
Very satisfying customer service. They saw how covered in bugs my car was and they had me go through the car wash twice, no charge to help me. They were very kind.
Big thank you to Brady, the manager. Spoke with him on the phone before I went by today. Had a prior issue with what felt like my car not truly coming clean, residue left that essentially had me washing it by hand, even after it just being run through theirs. Well, long story short, Brady went literally out of his way to meet me outside when I arrived, go over, in detail what might be happening and had me run my car through, even though I wasn't much a believer at that point. Honestly, I’m not happy. They do not have an option for cleaning the plastic mats. They have the spray bottles on a very short string. It makes it difficult. The billing system pulls a week early. If you switch memberships you cannot keep whatever you had the rest of the month. I was asked to pay the new membership price and then get refunded. It’s a mess, I don’t have time to do all of that.
Have to do all prep for wash yourself..like bug wash ..etc. a little exercise doesn't hurt too bad.
