This company is very unprofessional. They only provide responsive, timely service to new customers. They were referred to me & I checked their rating. The initial appointment for mold was set up quickly. 👍 Things went down hill from there. Every milestone after the assessment was either late or non existent. The owner was 2 days behind w/the report. He would not respond to calls or text message questions from myself or the code inspector.
