Do not hire JD to build any metal structure. If I could give 0 stars I would. I saw another review where there was mention of JD being dishonest and using gaslighting. This couldn't be more true. We hired him to build our bardominium and there is not enough time to explain the terrible experience we had and continue to have due to faulty workmanship. Our home is a lemon build. We had JD and his crew with Precision do multiple things with our home build, including closed cell spray foam. Highly recommend spray foam insulation! Amazing for your energy bill! Keeps the house temperature easily maintained, even with our 40×60 and only ONE window unit, the house stays perfect. We've been moved in for almost 4 months, and everything is still great!
