Very Unprofessional
I began having engine trouble while on the highway and so glad that I found this shop through a google search. Definitely deserves the 5-stars. It was convenient, right off the exit and down the road, and Timothy was a pleasure to work with. He got my car back up and running at a reasonable price, and provided great customer service and hospitality during the process. Very grateful!
We experienced reduced engine power while traveling with our three kids on a Sunday. After a gas station down the street recommended Precision Engine Works, Tim not only answered, but was willing to take a look at the car on his day off. Professional and knowledgeable, he diagnosed and fixed our issue within a couple minutes and saved us from having to waste a day of travel. We are so grateful and highly recommend Precision Engine Works.
