Dr. McCann is very nice, personable and professional. The negative for me is, having to wait while he went back and forth to other patients. That sent my anxiety through the roof. By the time he actually started the root canal, I was having a mini panic attack. If he had just tended to me, all of the negatives could have been averted.
Dentist was nice and knowledgeable about my history. He was very gentle when doing my root canal and listened to my signs when I needed a rest or when I could start to feel the pain.
I was very nervous about getting a root canal, but Dr. McCann and his team made me feel a lot better. The whole process was explained to me, and the experience was not painful at all.
Highly recommend! The entire team was comforting and had great energy. They made me feel safe and at ease throughout my procedure. Excellent experience!
