We decided to try Precision Electrical for an outlet repair we needed, and were informed about a $59 trip fee to get the technician here. Once the technicians arrived and collected the trip charge, they informed us that there was a $300 diagnostic fee, then an additional repair fee depending on what the diagnostic found. None of this was discussed beforehand, only the trip charge. I was charged $260 including the trip fee to put a cord on a new dryer & install an outlet for that dryer where the old dryer had previously been wired. It took less than 45 minutes. The two electricians refused to hook up the new dryer stating “ We are not appliance movers, we are electricians.” I requested an itemized invoice of labor and parts and was told they did not do this. Very Professional! Went out of his way to make sure our heat was on and safe. Very Respectful! Checked my whole panel box as 2 breakers were bad ( old panel box) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will use them in future projects. From me making phone call to them leaving was Respectful Professional, explaining what was wrong how to fix and cost to correct before proceeding. Give them a call.
