I'm updating my last review. When I last wrote about this company I was mad and irrated by the way they treated me. I still stand by that review. They did finally get my job done. But there was a problem with something that happened trying to connect the service. Ameren got into my sewer line. We all thought it was a cysteine line so they finished up the job, cover everything up and were paid the balance of the bill. Everything was fine for about 3 weeks. I don't know how these people are even in business. I called them out last December to change the lication of my service. They took the job and told me I had to put half the money down for a deposit. I did as they asked. They put me off for a week then called me to inform me that it was Christmas and one of the guys wanted off for Christmas..they said they would get with me the first of 2024...I said ok.. They were fantastic. They got the job done quickly and did it right. They also offered suggestions ( that would save me money) to help me decide what was best for me. I highly recommend them. I couldn’t believe how quickly they got to me. I will definitely use them again.
Barry and tanner are the best. So happy I found these guys, having numerous small jobs to be done , they jumped right on board, now looking forward to have them do bigger jobs. Very friendly and professional, I will use precision electrical for all my electrical work,thank you so much!
