I think this place does exactly what they say they do. And I think they're willing to work with you if you bring problems to their attention, if something's really their fault.
Go somewhere else. We provided an automatic HSK50 spindle to repair. Took 6 weeks and over $6k. Got spindle back, no video, no inspection sheet, no warranty sheet, etc. Got it installed on the machine, found all arbors connected to be running out 0.0004" to 0.0008" Completely unacceptable. Found Taper to be running out 0.0002" Sent back. They stated it's within thier spec. They don't regrind the HSK50 taper after repair and told us to have someone else regrind. Go somewhere else....

I don't leave too many reviews and I'm always try to help other small businesses to grow, but today I feel totally disappointed, I sent a QX Series Hiteco to these guys, after the inspecion they sent me a quote for almost 5k for repairing. It took 4 weeks to repair, they charged me $4900. They sent it back with the label burned, they said "No worries is just cosmetic", they didn't sent a video of the spindle performing after repairing, they just sent it, hopefully ran fine after installed.
