2 weeks ago, they installed my new garage door and it wasn’t great. My elderly mother couldn’t open the new door because the springs weren’t balanced, the lock and handle were messed up and it made a popping sound whenever the trim hit the window frame. But the reason I gave them 5 stars because of excellent customer service. Right away, I got a new technician who did an excellent job (Seth, my mom loves you!) in fixing all the issues and the door works great now. I highly recommend these folks
Tech was professional and did a nice job explaining iwhat he was doing.
Overall, great customer service and just a very easy to work with well organized company! I had no issues whatsoever with their services. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of garage door repairs or installation.
