I recently had some issues with my garage doors and didn't know who to call. Did a quick search and decided on Precision; I'm glad I did! The Technician, Brian Ford Jr., was knowledgeable, professional and had a great attitude. He quickly diagnosed the problem as bad springs and actually had the parts in his vehicle. He repaired the doors in a timely manner and all is good now. If I have any issues with my doors in the future, Precision will be my "go to" company. I highly recommend them.
Precision Door made the process of replacing our old garage door quick and easy! I had called a few places and they were the only ones who answered the phone. The estimate was scheduled quickly with Jim and from there it was easy to schedule the replacement appointment with Henry. Danielle in the office was great in communicating the dates and times. We will definitely recommend them to everyone!
They showed up when they were supposed to. The technician was very knowledgeable. He was very polite
