Garrett was very polite, reviewed initial inspection, pointed out and explained all current damage and potential damage, did a full breakdown of overall cost and had it repaired and working before the quoted time frame.
My tech was Shaun Sweitzer. I called at 9:30 am on a Saturday morning and he was at my house by 10:15 am! My door stopped opening and my car was trapped inside. We needed a new system as it was original to the house. He was so nice and polite and in about 1 hrs and a half I had a new garage door system. Much quieter than the old one. The price scared me but everything is high these days. Would highly recommend Precision and Shaun!!
