Great and speedy service. I called in the morning about a broken garage door spring and a few hours later Mike R. showed up and assessed the situation. He replaced our springs and serviced the door the same visit and everything is working great.
Our door came off the track and we could not lift it up. The only way to get i to our garage is through the actual door. Luckily it got stuck about a foot off the ground. I called on a Wednesday and that same day we got an appt. They actually were able to arrive early and called for permission to stop by. We received and e-mail and a text that showed a pic. Mark St. Clair was amazing!! It’s never a good thing when your garage door breaks when you least expect it, but the team at Precision was able to send Mark on the same day and got us fixed! We even had him install the second garage door opener that was acting funny. Mark was so polite and explained things the whole time he was here. It was great knowing that he had everything needed on his truck and we didn’t have to wait for him to come back. I highly recommend Precision!

Austin was great at assessing the old door and recommending different types. When I told him what I was looking for, he explained the features and benefits. Austin was able to match the color to my house.
