Mike is a high level mechanic something I’ve never experienced with in the trucking industry. He’s like a doctor/surgeon but for diesel trucks. If there’s a problem he will figure it out, and if he can’t he will tell you before you spend all your money. He cares about people especially truckers, he likes to solve problems and help drivers.
