Do not hire this man, Jacob Rodriguez. He is a thief and a liar. He will take your money and run with it, promising repayment but never delivering. I hired him for a repair on a truck and he took parts money and then lied to me repeatedly for months about progress, when in actuality he was doing nothing to the vehicle. I reclaimed the vehicle and nothing at all had been done beyond the initial diagnosis. I have a judgment from the county against him and he made a few payments on it but has now completely ghosted.
If there were ZERO stars, I'd give it. Unfortunately, we were referred to this scum bag. This is the worst human being on the planet. Don't use this guy! Joshua is a scam artist and possibly a crack head. He diagnosed the problem on our truck and told us he was going to order the part and return to fix. We paid for the part and this guy has has stopped answering phone and never returned. We've been calling for days. Finally got a hold of him and his classic line is "I'll be there in 30 minutes". PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not hire Jacob. Just like the most recent review, our company would pay him up front for larger jobs because he handled our 16 truck fleet for a while, and did amazing work! Yes, Jacob is a very good diesel mechanic. Over the past year, we experienced the excuses, lies, “parts are on order” over and over again. We made one of the biggest mistakes in our life by putting trust in Jacob. He had done a couple of jobs for me and did a really good job. We took my wife's truck into him running rough BUT RUNNING! It had almost 400,000 miles with very few problems before. He suggested with the mileage we just put a new motor in. We trusted him even gave him the money for the parts up front when he asked.
