Unprofessional, lies to cover up thier mistakes all the while trying to convince the customer it's not anything they did. Owner won't honor his warranty and acts like a 5 year old with confrontation from a woman. So many have been scammed here n don't even realize it.
Full time Rvers traveling from Louisiana to Nebraska whenever our truck started experiencing some issues. We had our truck towed to Precision and they had us back on the road within 3 hours and for a very reasonable price. I couldn’t thank these guys enough! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great mechanic!
Have taken more than one tow customers vehicle here to get their trucks fixed
If I could give them 0 stars I would I brought my truck to them 4 times to be fixed and they never fixed the issue once and I had to pay them over $1,500 each time as well as paying for a tow truck to bring my truck back to them due to them telling me it was a different issue each time. They also added unnecessary parts to my truck that had nothing to do with the issue I brought it in for then proceeded to charge me for things I didn’t want done. Honestly my worst experience at any shop I’ve been to.
