I must say I'm very impressed with Precision Diesel. I called a couple of days ago and spoke with a gentleman named Riley. I had several questions and concerns with my 2012 F250. He answered all of my questions was very polite and knowledgeable. He even told me a few things to check on the truck such as crankcase filter and how to tell if it was original. Also said i need to do a DCR conversion to avoid a fuel system failure. My main concern was an oil leak on the front of the engine. He told me to check the vacuum pump and ... read more
Great group of guys very honest only place to take a big truck for repairs
I have not used this shop yet, but I do plan on checking them out when I make it back to Texas. I am from the sville area, and I noticed they did a G56 swap in a Mega Cab Ram. That is what I have. The main reason for leaving this review and making it a 5 star is because I noticed a 1 star review from D R leaning tower of Pisa. Welcome Texas if you don't like diesel fumes, then move to a liberal state. Mom and pop businesses like these deserve more respect. Arguably the best customer service I have received hands down. Jack reached out to me updating and guiding the path forward for a solid combination of parts. The crew absolutely killed it on my 2020 ram 3500. It was a major repair and the truck is better than it has ever been in the 5 years I’ve owned it. Knowledge, communication, and quality is everything you will expect it to be. Couldn't be happier.
We take our Firetrucks and Ambulances here. They are always friendly and do great work. They change a fair prices.
