The service provided by the Precision Team was by far the best we have experienced. I have historically had dealer service and with poor results. Precision went over the vehicle and provided prices and there were no surprises. The car is running like new again with 113000 miles. Thank you to all.
Very professional, constantly updated info on status of repair, any additional work, etc. Everyone there was friendly, I will definitely go back and highly recommend.
So first read flag was I called them to get a quote to fix the issue I know for a fact is the problem with my vehicle and got the run around. Then someone called me back just to tell me that I would have to bring the car in for a free inspection just so that can be sure that that’s the issue, now here’s the kicker. The inspection is only free if I fix my car through them lol. They deduct inspection from the cost of repair.
