I've been using Precision Diagnostics for the past 7 years on my entire family's vehicles. Ownership, Management and mechanics are knowledgeable , Professional, honest and most accommodating. We have been using the services of Precision for a few years now and I am more than pleased. They were referred by a family member and now our adult children are now using them as well. Great communication and customer service. They are able to diagnose the problem and advise of other issues as well providing a clear estimate and options for what is needed right away when cost is a factor.
Terrible service experience. What was to be a one hour repair took 3 1/2 hours. While I waited I heard more excuses and they serviced two other customers who came in after me. I was charged 1.9% for using a credit card. This was not posted on their website. Buyer beware.
Very thorough and will work with them from this point forward for any automobile needs.
Got my car worked at this shop for major maintenance. The staff here is Knowledgeable, fast, and above expectations!
