Back into the shop to get the Hemi true dueled out. Put on two Thrush Rattler mufflers and the rest is history. Ritchie put that system on there like a boss! No detail was missed in making sure it sounded like a demon out of hell!! Thank you all for the amazing work. Jose, you run an amazing shop! 5 Jose and his crew are all extremely professional and did an amazing job on my 2017 Ram 1500. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for top notch customer service and customer satisfaction.
I did have an initial mishap that was rectified after speaking with Jose who is the shop owner. Most shops wouldn’t admit a mess up or work to rectify a issue. A mishap happened involving a mis-diagnosed camshaft sensor replacement. That received a negative outcome initially. He explained that is not what he strives for when customer’s bring in their vehicles for repair. Where he issued a full refund for the mid-diagnosed work. Dealer wanted an outrageous amount for an electronics repair in my Genesis so I called Precision to see what they would cost. Decided to take it to Precision and though initially had a minor parts issue, they were very easy to work with and correct. I couldn't be happier with the work they did for a fraction of what the dealer wanted. Friendly staff and nice shop. Before going to the dealer, give Precision a call first.
