Wonderful staff and extremely helpful
The location threw me off a bit but the staff and tech were very nice and professional. CD images given to me at exit and super fast results to my doctor.
Like several other reviewers, the billing had been a nightmare. They billed my primary insurance which approved the claim and paid the insurance share. Then they billed me for the copay instead of sending it to my secondary insurer. After several phone calls they finally submitted to the secondary but it had been 6 months and it was denied and I received an EOB stating I was not responsible for the balance. Yesterday (after 9 mos) I received an invoice for the original full amount less the copay! They obviously have no clue ... read more
They are trying to bill us after we paid in full at the visit. They are not answering their phone and I have left several messages. The bill came from a JCC LLC in GA and the automated message seems very illegitimate. Will never use again.
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely a mess when it comes to billing.
