I am a tradesperson who bought and requested Katie to design a house on what would have to be one of the most difficult sites imaginable. Katie was thoughtful, responsive and very patient during the process of designing a house to sit on a very steep block, that had a landslide overlay, Bal rating and waste water treatment system all to fit within 1002m2!!
