The dentist is very professional and very knowledgeable. The front desk lady name Sheila is very friendly and helpful.
Yes the office may look beautiful and it's in a nice location however, The lady in the front which I'm assuming is the office manager from the way she comes off at people is extremely rude very snotty no personality no friendliness kindliness etc. I drove an hour to get to my appointment coming straight from work only to find out they cannot see me due to not having the physical insurance card in hand, the reception is began to argue with me stating that she told me this over the phone when scheduling the appointment which i... read more
Sheila, the office manager is such a sweet lady and so professional very kind made my whole experience fantastic Dr. En Chen and Dr. Lloyd Trieu are true professionals very knowledgeable and helped me come up with a realistic treatment plan. The girls provided a very thorough and professional cleaning (got to watch, WALL-E the robot movie 💗), thank you so much. I will refer this office to all of my family and loved ones.
