They were going to attempt to do a root canal on a tooth that was not able to be saved and i didn’t realize it until i noticed they had 2 stars reviews and decided to get a second opinion from a 5 star dentist .. 2 my health insurance company called them on a 3 way call and asked the manager for info to appeal a decision on a authorization that was denied and her exact words we” why doesn’t he do it” no help at all .. go to cove dental .. they are the best at what they do !!
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE Got a retreat done had an infection doc told me it would go away on its own newsflash it got worse over the weekend… called them Monday told them I can only take one antibiotic because of major side effects and allergies they wrote me the one I can’t take and refused to change it told me it’s the only one that will work when I know that’s not true I work with pharmacists there’s so many other ones they could’ve tried but straight up refused and than the real kicker Thursday infections is excruciating tried... read more
First off, I had came here before with my 4 year old son with no problem, I had made another appointment and they did not say a thing about not being able to bring him on the phone, now that I went they immediately told me no children when I clearly had him here before and when I told the manager she was saying that that wasn't true and saying that it's impossible he was here when I know I brought my son and she was being incredibly rude and unprofessional. This “doctor office” was beyond one of the sketchiest places I have ever encountered! - To start it is located on a residential street, the driveway is the spot for doctor, you have to park in front of random houses, as of course it’s a residential street- no parking lot like all other doctor offices. - I drove my mom there with my two children, as soon as I walked into the completely empty office I was told I can not be in the office as only the patients are allowed in office.
