I did not enjoy the services provided. The staff was awkward, inattentive, and callous, leaving me in pain after every visit. This was not normal discomfort, but pain caused by negligence from a team that frankly seems unfit for their roles. Dr. Steinberg is a mess—tired, confused, and just awful. They made me feel terrible and completely ignored everything I said or asked for. They messed up a porcelain crown but acted like they did a good job, like children. Dr. Steinberg and Kim were great. Very gentle and aware of my disabilities. The procedure went very well and I was in and out in no time. I would certainly recommend Dr. Steinberg to everyone.
Liz is a dedicated and gifted technician. Very sure hands and very careful. Offers insights and advice. No discomfort, ever.
The staff at Precision Dental were all so kind. I can’t recommend this dental enough. Each person took the time needed to help me and I never felt rushed.
